2 lb  extra lean top round steak
1 each  medium onions
10 3/4 oz  cream of celery soup, 98% fat free
0 1/2 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
3 cup  cooked pasta
  1. Remove fat from meat. Cut meat into bite-size pieces.
  2. Place onion in a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker. Add meat. In a small bowl combine soup, oregano, thyme and pepper. Pour over meat.
  3. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours. Serve over hot cooked noodles (optional).
