1 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp  onion powder
1 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  celery salt
3 lb  Pork, shoulder, whole, lean, raw
2 each  medium onions
0 1/2 cup  cold water
2 cup  coleslaw salad mix
1 cup  mayonnaise
16 each  Buns, hamburger, mixed grain
  1. In small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and celery salt .
  2. Trim fat from roast.
  3. Rub spice mixture evenly over roast.
  4. In bottom of slow cooker, layer onions, add roast and pour water around roast.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 to 10 hours.
  6. Remove roast and onion from cooker to cutting board. Discard cooking liquid.
  7. Using two forks, pull meat and onion apart into shreds, and return meat and onion to slow cooker to keep warm.
  8. In small bowl, combine shredded cole slaw and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise .
  9. Spread bottoms of the buns with remaining 3/4 cup mayonnaise.
  10. Place meat on bottoms of buns, top with shredded cole slaw mixture, then add bun tops.
