Ingredients Directions
  1. If desired, peel fruit, and then pit the peach or nectarine.
  2. Cut two wedges from fruit, and set aside for garnish.
  3. Chop remaining fruit and then set aside.
  4. Combine yogurt and vanilla in a small bowl, and then spoon half of the yogurt mixture into two 8 ounce parfait glasses.
  5. Top with half of the crushed cereal, all of the chopped fruit, the syrup, remaining yogurt mixture, and remaining crushed cereal.
  6. Sprinkle with almonds and cinnamon and garnish with reserved fruit wedges.
