0.3333 oz  light unsalted stick margarine
1 each  medium onions
0 1/2 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 each  small potatoes
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
6 1/2 oz  minced canned clams
1 cup  Milk, evaporated, nonfat/skim
  1. Melt margarine in a medium nonstick pan.
  2. Stir in onion and green pepper. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add 1 cup of water, potato, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and simmer on low flame until potatoes are soft, approximately 15 minutes.
  5. Add in the clams, the 1/2 cup of saved juice, and the milk.
  6. Cook about 3 minutes until heated and serve.
