29 oz  whole canned unsalted tomatoes
1 each  Bouillon, beef, powdered, serving
2 cup  fat free milk
3 tbsp  cornstarch
0.125 tsp  baking soda
2 tsp  sugar
1 tbsp  margarine
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Process tomatoes with liquid in food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Heat tomatoes and bouillon crystals to boiling in large saucepan.
  3. Combine milk and cornstarch.
  4. Stir into tomato mixture, stirring until thickened, about 1 minute.
  5. Add baking soda, sugar, and margarine, stirring until margarine is melted.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
