Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut pears in half, leaving stems intact on four of the halves. Remove cores.
  2. Arrange pears, cut sides up, in a 3-quart baking dish, and top pears with desired dried fruit.
  3. Drizzle pears with syrup product, and add the apple juice to the baking dish.
  4. Cover and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pears are tender, spooning cooking liquid over pears occasionally.
  5. Serve warm pear halves and dried fruit with hot cereal, and sprinkle with walnuts. Drizzle with any remaining cooking liquid.
