Ingredients Directions
  1. Dissolve gelatin in water and let cool to room temperature.
  2. Add salad dressing, vinegar, dry milk, and salt to gelatin. Refrigerate until syrupy.
  3. Whip at medium speed until thickened and creamy.
  4. Stir in cabbage, celery, onions, and peppers.
  5. Pour gelatin mixture into a shallow 1-quart casserole dish.
  6. Chill until firm and then cut into six equal portions.
