1 lb  ground oregano
2 tbsp  black pepper
1 tsp  oregano leaves
1 each  Onion, red, fresh, rings
1 floz  Spinach, canned
  1. Mix the meat, red pepper, and oregano with a fork.
  2. Form into 4 equally sized burger patties.
  3. Heat grill or skillet, spraying lightly with olive oil. Brown the burgers over medium-high heat, flipping burgers once. Remove them once they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (when juices run clear).
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with red onion and spinach.
