1 each  cooking spray
1 lb  lean center loin pork chop/roast
1 each  medium onions
1 1/4 cup  low sodium chicken broth
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
3 each  medium apples
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
  1. Chop onion. Core and chop apples. Set aside
  2. Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Brown pork chops and onion over medium heat about 3 minutes per side.
  3. In small bowl, combine chicken broth and pepper. Add to skillet. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Skim off any fat.
  4. Add apple slices and cinnamon to skillet, cover, and continue to simmer for additional 15 minutes. Transfer to platter and serve hot.
