Ingredients

4 each  lean center loin pork chop/roast
1 each  medium onions
1 each  cooking spray
1 1/4 cup  cold water
1 tsp  chicken bouillon
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
3 each  medium apples
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Brown pork chops and onion over medium heat.
  2. In small bowl, combine water, bouillon, and pepper. Add to skillet. Cover, and bring to boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Skim off any fat.
  3. Add apple slices and cinnamon skilet, cover, and continue to simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Transfer to platter and serve hot.
