1 1/2 lb  fresh shredded cabbage
1 1/2 cup  shredded carrots
0 1/4 cup  medium green bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 3/4 cup  Salad Dressing, coleslaw
0 1/4 cup  vinegar
1 tbsp  celery seeds
2 tsp  salt
0.3333 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
  1. Put cabbage and remaining vegetables in a mixing bowl and toss lightly.
  2. Mix together dressing, vinegar, celery seed, salt, and sweetener and then pour over the vegetables.
  3. Mix, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Toss salad once more just before serving.
