0 3/4 cup  white wine
0 1/2 cup  cold water
2 piece  Onion, white, fresh, slices, thin
4 each  parsley sprigs
0 1/4 tsp  tarragon, leaves, ground
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
1 each  bay leaf
4 pinch  black peppercorns
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 lb  Fish, salmon, red, raw, Alaskan
1 cup  chopped parsley
1 each  medium lemons
Directions
  1. Heat the wine, water, onion, herbs, peppercorns, and salt to boiling in a medium skillet.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
  3. Add salmon to skillet, and simmer covered until salmon is cooked and flakes with a fork, 6 to 10 minutes.
  4. Serve Mock Hollandaise Sauce over salmon; sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
