0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 tsp  marjoram, leaves, ground
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
2 cup  fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
5 cup  frozen green peas
2 cup  Lettuce, romaine, fresh, shredded
1 pinch  white pepper
1 pinch  salt
0 1/2 cup  fat free sour cream
1 pinch  paprika
  1. Saute onion and herbs in a lightly greased large saucepan until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Then stir in broth, peas, and lettuce heat to boiling.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until peas are tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
  3. Process soup in food processor or blender until smooth and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve chilled, and stir in sour cream and top with paprika before serving.
