4 oz  radishes
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
1/4 cup  chopped green bell peppers
1 each  medium cucumber
1/2 tsp  salt
24 oz  low fat cottage cheese
  1. Chop radishes. Peel, remove seeds, and chop cucumber.
  2. In large bowl, combine radishes, onion, celery, green bell peppers, cucumbers, and salt.
  3. Drain cottage cheese and mix into vegetables.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to be served.
  5. Can be made up to 4 hours in advance. Drain off any liquid and stir before serving.
