4 oz  radishes
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
2 oz  chopped green bell peppers
4 oz  medium cucumber
2 tbsp  mayonnaise
1 tsp  salt
1 1/2 lb  cottage cheese
Directions
  1. In large bowl, combine radishes, onion, celery, green bell peppers, and cucumbers.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise and salt. Stir into vegetables.
  3. Drain cottage cheese and mix into vegetables.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to be served.
  5. Can be made up to 4 hours in advance. Drain off any liquid and stir before serving.
