1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  sour cream
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/2 cup  butter
0.6667 cup  white whole wheat flour
1 each  eggs
0.3333 cup  SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking
0 3/4 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
0 1/4 tsp  baking powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat an 9" x 9" baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In large mixing bowl, mix egg, SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking, sour cream, and vanilla until well blended.
  4. Melt margarine. Add to wet ingredient bowl.
  5. In separate mixing bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add to wet ingredients.
  6. Stir by hand or with electric mixer until well blended.
  7. Transfer to prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until fork inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan. Cut into 20 squares.
