5 each  scallions
1 each  cooking spray
1 tbsp  curry powder
1 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp  Raisins, golden, seedless
  1. Cover a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and sauté the scallions until wilted.
  2. Add the curry powder and blend well. Remove from the heat.
  3. Mix the curried scallions with the yogurt.
  4. Add the raisins and chill well before serving.
