1 1/2 lb  fresh mushrooms
2 oz  Italian salad dressing, dry packet
6 tbsp  red wine vinegar
6 tbsp  white wine vinegar
2 cup  cold water
1 1/2 tsp  hot pepper sauce
4 pinch  fresh rosemary
  1. Place mushrooms in a large covered container.
  2. In a jar, shake together the dressing mix, vinegars, and 1/2 cup of the water.
  3. Add remaining 1 1/2 cups water and hot pepper sauce. Shake well and pour over mushrooms. Stir to evenly coat.
  4. Add rosemary sprigs, cover, and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
  5. To serve, transfer mushrooms and some of their marinade to a serving dish.
