Ingredients Directions
  1. Brown the beef and onion in a large, nonstick skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. Stir in the seasoning mix and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the spinach, black beans, and salsa and cook for 5 minutes until thoroughly heated.
  4. Spoon 1/4 cup of the beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Roll up the tortillas and top with sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, and/or cilantro, if desired.
