12 oz  boneless pork chops
1 each  cooking spray
2 cup  fresh mushroom slices
2 each  medium garlic cloves
42 oz  low sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp  cooking sherry
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
2 cup  napa cabbage
1 oz  fresh green onions
  1. Coat an unheated large nonstick saucepan with nonstick cooking spray, and preheat saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add pork to hot saucepan, and then cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly pink in center.
  3. Remove from saucepan, and set aside.
  4. Add mushrooms and garlic to saucepan, and cook and stir until tender.
  5. Stir in chicken broth, sherry, soy sauce, ginger, and crushed red pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, and then stir in pork, Chinese cabbage, and green onion. Heat through.
