1 1/2 cup  Melon, honeydew, fresh, diced
1 1/2 cup  fresh cubed cantaloupe
1/2 tsp  lime peel zest
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tsp  light honey
  1. Wash, dry, and mince mint.
  2. In medium bowl, toss honeydew, cantaloupe, lime zest, lime juice, mint, and honey.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
