.33 cup  cider vinegar
1 tbsp  white wine vinegar
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
1/4 tsp  black pepper
1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped red onion
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 each  chopped green bell peppers
2 each  medium zucchini
  1. In small bowl, whisk cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, oil, pepper, and salt.
  2. Chop zucchini.
  3. Place all vegetables in large salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing.
  4. Toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
