0.6667 cup  cider vinegar
2 tbsp  white wine vinegar
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  salt
0 1/2 oz  Sweetener, liquid, drops
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 each  chopped green bell peppers
6 each  medium zucchini
Directions
  1. In small bowl, whisk vinegars, oil, pepper, salt, and sweetener.
  2. Place all vegetables in large salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing.
  3. Toss to mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
