1 cup  vinegar
1 cup  cold water
0 1/4 cup  vegetable oil
1 tsp  paprika
1 tsp  Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium
1 tsp  Sauce, steak, low sodium
0 1/2 tsp  celery seeds
1 tsp  onion powder
  1. Beat all ingredients together with a beater for 30 seconds.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Bring back to room temperature and serve.
