2 tbsp  cornstarch
2 tsp  dry mustard
1 cup  cold water
0 1/2 cup  liquid egg substitute
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 oz  light unsalted stick margarine
0 1/2 cup  white wine vinegar
6 g  Equal packets
  1. Mix together cornstarch, mustard, and water in a 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Mix in egg substitute, salt, and margarine.
  3. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
  4. Let simmer for 1 more minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in vinegar and sweetener.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
