  1. Cook green beans and potatoes.
  2. Peel and slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  3. Place potatoes and green beans in a mixing bowl and pour dressing over.
  4. Mix, cover, and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  5. Toss beef with marinated vegetables.
  6. Arrange lettuce leaves around the outside of a serving plate and place a pile of the veggie and meat mixture in the middle.
  7. Surround it with tomato wedges and onion and refrigerate until serving time.
