Ingredients Directions
  1. Slice cucumbers thinly and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Let stand at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Drain and squeeze out juice from cucumbers with your hands.
  4. Mix together the onions, vinegar, milk, and sweetener.
  5. Mix in cucumbers and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Sprinkle each portion with paprika just before serving.
