1 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  celery seeds
2 tbsp  distilled white vinegar
3 cup  fresh shredded cabbage
1 1/2 cup  shredded carrots
0 1/4 cup  minced onion
0 1/2 cup  chopped green bell peppers
  1. Mix together the mustard, sugar substitute, oil, salt, celery seed, and vinegar in a jar and set aside.
  2. Put cabbage, carrots, onions, and green peppers in a mixing bowl and pour dressing over them. Toss lightly and refrigerate
