2 cup  fresh cauliflower
0 1/2 tsp  salt
2 cup  fresh broccoli florets
0.3333 cup  sliced white onion
1 tsp  powdered garlic
1 cup  fresh mushroom slices
3 tbsp  mayonnaise
1 tbsp  whole milk
  1. Clean and chop the cauliflower, broccoli, and slice onion.
  2. Sprinkle garlic and optionial salt over vegetables and toss lightly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Drain broccoli mixture and mix in sliced mushrooms.
  5. In small bowl, whisk mayonnaise and milk.
  6. Drizzle dressing over vegetables. Toss. Serve.
