8 cup  Lettuce, iceberg
1 each  medium cucumber
3 each  fresh plum tomatoes
2 each  medium celery stalks
8 each  Radishes, fresh
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 each  medium carrots

0.3333 cup  low fat buttermilk
0 1/2 oz  crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp  light mayonnaise
1 tbsp  red wine vinegar
1 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp  capers, drained
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
  1. Combine the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, celery, radishes, bell pepper, and carrot in a large salad bowl. Lightly toss.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
  3. Drizzle over salad and toss lightly to coat.
