Ingredients Directions
  1. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic in lightly greased large saucepan until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except salt and pepper to saucepan and heat to boiling.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
