1 each  cooking spray
2 cup  frozen hash browns
1 cup  fresh broccoli florets
3 oz  cooked turkey bacon
0.3333 cup  evaporated skim milk
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
16 oz  liquid egg substitute
4 oz  reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp  fresh basil
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0.125 tsp  salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and then coat a 2-quart square baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Spread potatoes and broccoli evenly in bottom of prepared baking dish, and then top with turkey bacon. Set aside.
  3. Gradually stir milk into flour in a medium bowl, and then stir in egg produce, half of the cheese, basil, black pepper, and salt. Pour egg mixture over vegetables.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, and then let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
