Ingredients Directions
  1. Begin by combining the onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and chili powder in a medium bowl. Add roast, stirring to coat, and then refrigerate for 2-3 hours covered.
  2. In a large saucepan covered with cooking spray, brown the roast. Stir in the tomatoes, water, and bouillon granules, and then bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, and simmer partially covered for 1 hour.
  3. Uncover and then continue to simmer for an additional 30 minutes, or until the meat is tender and the liquid has reduced.
