8 oz  Sour Cream, light
0 1/2 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp  capers, drained
2 tsp  fresh dill weed
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon peel
1 pinch  fresh lemon peel
1 pinch  fresh dill weed
  1. Stir together sour cream, yogurt, capers, 2 teaspoons snipped dill or thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel in a small bowl.
  2. If desired, garnish with additional lemon peel and additional fresh dill or thyme. Serve with vegetable dippers.
