10 oz  Beans, lima, frozen
1 tbsp  margarine
4 oz  scallions
1 tsp  curry powder
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  ground tarragon
4 pinch  chopped parsley
2 cup  fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
Directions
  1. Thaw the lima beans and place in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
  2. Add the margarine, scallions, curry powder, salt and pepper, tarragon, and parsley. Process until smooth.
  3. Place the lima bean mixture into a pot. Pour the broth and milk. Bring to a simmer, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. If the soup is too thick add water to bring it the consistency of a thick cream soup.
