0 1/2 cup  fresh lime juice
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/4 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/4 tsp  chili powder
0 1/4 tsp  kosher salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 1/4 lb  flank steak
1 each  medium red bell peppers
1 each  medium yellow bell peppers
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 each  red onion
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Combine the lime juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, chili powder, kosher salt, and red pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Thread the steak, bell peppers, and onion alternately on 12-inch skewers. Pour the lime juice mixture over the skewers and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Spray grill with cooking spray. Place the skewers on the grill and close the lid. Cook 5-7 minutes per side, turning occasionally.
