  1. Wash cranberries well.
  2. Put cranberries and water in a small saucepan.
  3. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until cranberries have burst.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in sugar substitute. Cool to room temperature.
  5. Taste and add more sugar substitute if needed.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
