Ingredients Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix bell pepper, chilies and ginger root. Stir in preserves, lime juice, and mango.
  2. Set oven control to broil. Sprinkle both sides of beef with jerk seasoning. Place on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 6 to 10 minutes, turning once until desired doneness. Serve with salsa mixture.
