1 lb  Fish, trout, rainbow, farmed, fillet, raw
2 oz  light unsalted stick margarine
0 1/4 cup  sliced almonds
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
1 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  paprika
0.125 tsp  black pepper
2 each  medium oranges
Directions
  1. Cut fish into 4 serving pieces.
  2. In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  3. Cook almonds, and onion in butter, stirring until onion is tender.
  4. Remove almonds and onion with slotted spoon; keep warm.
  5. Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
  6. Coat fish with flour mixture.
  7. Cook fish in same skillet over medium heat 6 to 10 minutes, turning once, until fish is brown and flakes easily with fork.
  8. Top fish with almonds and onion.
  9. Garnish with orange sections.
