1 cup  white all purpose flour
0 3/4 cup  whole wheat flour
0 1/2 cup  Bran, wheat
0.3333 cup  SPLENDA┬« Brown Sugar Blend
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 3/4 cup  orange juice
1 each  eggs
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 cup  Blueberries, fresh
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flours, cereal, brown sugar substitute, baking powder, soda, and salt, and stir until well combined. Set aside.
  3. In a separate large bowl, combine the orange juice, egg, and oil.
  4. With an electric mixer, beat the mixture at medium speed until well blended.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture, stirring until well moistened, and then fold in the blueberries.
  6. Spoon the batter into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spay. Bake for about 50 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove the loaf from the pan and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
