20 oz  extra lean beef tenderloin
0 1/4 cup  fresh lime juice
2 tbsp  chili powder
1 tbsp  minced garlic
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 pinch  salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Place the steaks in a wide, shallow dish, and in a small bowl mix the lime juice, chili powder, garlic, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the steaks, rub to coat, and marinate if time permits.
  2. Heat a large, heavy, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, and add the steaks. Cook 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
