1 1/2 cup  orange juice
0 1/2 cup  Yogurt, plain, nonfat
1 tbsp  sugar
10 oz  frozen red raspberries
1 each  medium bananas
  1. In a blender, blend the orange juice, yogurt, sugar, and thawed raspberries until smooth.
  2. Divide the banana slices between 4 soup bowls. Top with equal amounts of the orange juice mixture.
  3. Serve immediately with a spoon.
