6 each  fresh tomatoes
2 each  medium onions
0 1/4 cup  canned black olives
3 tbsp  white wine
2 tsp  vegetable oil
1 tsp  oregano leaves
0.125 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. Arrange tomato and onion slices on a serving platter, and sprinkle with olives. Set aside.
  2. In a jar combine wine, oil, oregano, and pepper. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously to blend.
  3. Pour wine mixture over tomato and onion. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
