3 1/2 cup  pomegranate juice
0 1/2 cup  orange juice
1 piece  fresh orange peel
0 1/4 tsp  coriander seeds
1 pinch  sugar
Directions
  1. In medium saucepan, heat pomegranate and orange juices to simmer. Remove from heat.
  2. Add orange peel and coriander. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain juice through a fine-mesh sieve, and discard solids.
  4. Sweeten to taste. To serve, ladle juice into small heatproof cups.
