1 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pinch  black pepper
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 each  medium shallots
4 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  paprika
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 pinch  salt
1 each  medium lemons
Directions
  1. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. In large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium high.
  3. Add chicken, shallot, garlic, and paprika. Stir-fry until chicken is thoroughly cooked, 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
