5 tbsp  fresh tarragon
3 tbsp  fresh chives
3 each  fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/4 lb  salmon fillet
1 each  olive oil cooking spray
2 tsp  dijon mustard
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a food processor fitted with a chopping blade, combine the tarragon, chives, basil, and parsley. Process until finely chopped (or chop by hand).
  3. Lay the salmon in a cooking spray coated baking pan. Spread the mustard over the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle uniformly with the herb mixture, and then press it into the mustard. Lightly spray with the olive oil spray.
  5. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until the salmon is opaque. Serve hot or chilled.
