Ingredients Directions
  1. Place can of pears in refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to assembling salad.
  2. Place 1 lettuce leaf on each of 6 small salad plates.
  3. Drain pears.
  4. Arrange 2 pear halves on lettuce leaf on each plate.
  5. Fill hollow of each pear half with 2 teaspoons sour cream.
  6. Sprinkle each pear half with 1 teaspoon of cheese and pecans.
  7. Serve immediately.
