10 oz  russet potatoes
0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
1 each  egg whites
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  cooking spray
3 tbsp  grated parmesan cheese, low sodium
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl combine potato, basil, egg white, salt, and garlic; toss well. Lightly spoon potato mixture into a 9-inch pieplate coated with cooking spray. (Do not press mixture into pieplate).
  3. Sprinkle cheese and pepper evenly over potato mixture.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until crisp; let stand 5 minutes. Cut into 4 wedges.
