1 1/2 lb  russet potatoes
2 each  large garlic cloves
0 3/4 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. In a medium saucepan combine potato and garlic; add water to cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and cook 15 minutes or until potato is tender. Drain.
  2. Add yogurt, margarine, salt, and pepper to potato mixture and beat at medium speed of an electric mixture until smooth.
