0 1/2 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/2 cup  red wine vinegar
2 tbsp  olive oil
0.125 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper

14 oz  canned artichokes hearts, drained
2 oz  canned black olives
1 each  medium tomatoes
1 each  small onions
  1. To make dressing, whisk together oregano, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. To make salad, combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
