0 1/2 cup  peeled apple slices
0 1/4 cup  slivered almonds
1 1/2 tsp  fresh sage
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0.125 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  paprika
0.125 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 pinch  ground nutmeg
8 oz  ground turkey
1 each  cooking spray
  1. In large bowl, combine shredded apple, nuts, sage, black pepper, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg.
  2. Add ground turkey, mix well. Shape into four 1/2" thick patties.
  3. Lightly coat unheated rack of broiler pan with cooking spray. Preheat broiler.
  4. Arrange patties on pan, and broil 4 - 5" from heat source for 10 minutes, or until no longer pink, turning patties once.
