1 each  dried poblano peppers
4 tbsp  olive oil
3 each  medium garlic cloves
16 each  large raw shrimp
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Begin by splitting the chilies lengthways and then discard the seeds. Next, heat the oil in a large frying pan and then stir-fry the garlic with the chili for roughly 1 minute, or until the garlic begins to turn brown.
  2. Add the shrimp and then continue to stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes, making sure to coat the shrimp well with the flavored oils.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, and then divide the shrimp among 4 dishes equally. Spoon over the flavored oils and then serve immediately.
