Fried Noodles
1 oz  wonton wrappers
3 cup  peanut oil

Stir Fried Asparagus
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  sugar
2 tbsp  cooking sherry
3 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
4 tbsp  oyster sauce
1 lb  fresh asparagus
2 tsp  sesame oil
4 tbsp  toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Fried Noodles
  1. Cut 3 ounces of wonton wrappers into thin strips.
  2. In wok or large frying pan add 3 cups of peanut oil. Heat oil on medium high to 350°F.
  3. Add the wonton stips to the oil, small bunches at a time. Remove with slotted spoon when they float to top and have turned golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels, and set aside.
  5. Set pan with oil aside to cool.
Stir Fried Asparagus
  1. In separate wok or large frying pan, add salt, pepper, sugar, cooking sherry, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
  2. Heat over medium high to boil. Add asparagus.
  3. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add sesame oil and toss.
  4. Divide asparagus between eight bowls.
  5. Top with fried wonton wrappers and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
